    Equipment check onboarding process
  • GNSW is taking Risk Management to an online application in 2021. 

    The Gymnastics Risk Management Solution (RMS) is a web-based application designed to mitigate and/or minimise risk in affiliated gymnastics clubs across New South Wales. The application focuses on the following key areas; Equipment, WHS, Child Safety, Injury & Accidents, and Competitions & Events.

    The RMS system is designed to make your life at the gym easier by applying all your equipment and risk checks into one online format.

    • For the RMS equipment implementation system, there will be two options that club's can choose to opt-in to the program.

      1) In-person visit by a GNSW staff member (subject to GNSW staff being able to travel)

      - Clubs fill in a template before the visit, GNSW staff visit to take pictures and code equipment, GNSW upload equipment and photos to RMS system.

      2) GNSW remote consult

      - Club fills in template and takes photos of equipment, club can submit photos and file via Dropbox to GNSW, GNSW will code equipment and upload template with photos to RMS system.

    • After your form submission is recieved, a GNSW Club Development Team Member will be in contact to confirm your selected option and to schedule in a time to assist.

      Please note this system is being rolled out incremently across the state and may take some time before your club is onboarded.
