    Thank you very much for reporting community cats that are in need of spaying and neutering, we call this TNVR (Trap Neuter Vaccinate and Return). You can determine if a cat has been spayed or neutered and vaccinated by looking at their left ear. If a small snip is missing from the tip of their left ear, this means they have already been fixed.
