Directory Infrastructure update

– Thursday April 11th 2024 From 8am GMT on Thursday, Directory will be taken off-line to allow delivery of a key infrastructure update, followed by a period of testing and verification. We expect no Directory functions to be available from 08.00 until 17.00 on the 11th, however services may be restored prior to that time, subject to progress. As this update and associated reduction in service is planned, there is no requirement to report it or otherwise make us aware.

Bank Holiday

We will be closed over the Bank Holiday from 29th March to 1st April, any request made during this period will be processed on our return on 2nd April.
Directory Update

Directory update May 9th 2024Users may experience an intermittent reduction of Directory functions from 15.00 GMT, for a period of up to 90 minutes. During this period a number of functional updates and bug fixes will be applied to Directory.As the potential unavailability of Directory functions is expected during that period, please do not report loss of services unless recurrent after 17.00 GMT.
