We want to know how you feel about the Seneca Nation reopening our Elder Centers

We look forward to reopening our Elder Centers and welcome back our Elders when public health guidelines allow it. To prepare for reopening, we need your input on what would help you feel comfortable returning.

Please help us by completing this survey. You may respond one of three ways:
