Once you click submit, you will be added to our 2021/2022 Intent to Enroll list for placement on the Enrollment Waitlist and Lottery. This is an initial step in the process and will be followed by additional meetings before your student is formally placed on the enrollment waitlist and lottery. You will be contacted to schedule your next meeting. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need to make corrections to your submission.
