  • Attendance Policy

  • 1) Our aim in our studios is to provide the best possible environment for you and your child. If a student misses or cancels a lesson, the teacher is NOT required to make up the lesson.

  • 2) If a teacher cancels or misses a lesson for any reason other than weather-related closings, the teacher is required to make up the lesson.

  • 3) Late arrival or “no show” means you have forfeited that time. To benefit fully from your allotted time, please arrive early, unpack and be ready to begin. This also applies to group and orchestra.

  • 4) Please remember that this lesson time has been exclusively secured specifically for only your child. In turn, other times have been secured exclusively for other students. Please keep in mind our teachers have many families and work to maintain consistent standards and practices for each student in the studio. Therefore asking for make-ups is not possible and negatively impacts organization within studios. Advanced planning MAY allow for lesson trades within studios if approved by your teacher.

  • Overdue Invoice Policy

  • Any family owing more than $150 for more than 60 days will have an automatic hold placed on all lessons until payment is current, or until a written payment plan is agreed upon with the director.

  • Tuition Information

  • For Payment plans: a detailed invoice will be sent to you before your first class.

If entering mid-term, fees will be pro-rated. Please contact Karen Meador in the office for the pro-rated tuition amount. (karen.meador@suzukimusicdallas.org)

You understand that you are responsible for all fees and tuition that you have indicated in the above Payment Agreement. You understand that all tuition and registration fees are non-refundable. Your registration is your commitment to the full year of lessons. The place in your teacher's studio is reserved only for your student for the entire school year. Non-completion of the school year does not relieve your family of your financial obligation for the full year based on when you started. You have read and understand the policies of the Suzuki Music Institute of Dallas and the Financial Responsibility of Registrants.

Please proceed to payment after submission. Registration will not be processed unless yearly fees are paid.
