Welcome to the Ouray Trail Group training registration page! Here you can sign up for any of our 2023 training courses. Prerequisite certifications, skills, or age requirements (if any) are listed under each course.

Select the training course or courses you want to attend. Provide the information requested, and click SUBMIT. You will receive a confirmation by email of your registration and further details prior to the course.

First Aid and CPR Follow-up: March 26- Age: 18 and over. Cost: Free to OTG members. Prerequisite: Completion of American Red Cross First Aid Online Course. Link provided upon registration. Members will be reimbursed for costs.Trail Maintenance Skills: April 15 Cost: Free to OTG Members. Learn trail stewardship basics, including trail standards and how to recognize, assess and fix trail problems.Chainsaw and Crosscut Saw Training: April 29 and 30. Age: 18 and over. Cost: Free to OTG members. Prerequisite: Current Adult First Aid/CPR Certification.Trail Crew Leader Training: May 13 and 14. Online plus field sessions at Ridgway State Park. Age: 18 and over. Cost reimbursable by OTG when you complete the training and lead one OTG work trip. Prerequisite: Current Adult First Aid-CPR Certification.
