Candy Apples Order Form
All apples come with wood sticks, clear bag packing and solid color ribbon bows. All orders under $100 must be paid in full to secure your order. Orders over $100 half non refundable retainer is required to secure your order; final payment must be made three days before pick up or delivery. Any order that is placed less than two weeks of advance notice is a rush order and will include a $20 rush fee and must be paid in full to secure your order. late fees will be applied to any order not fully paid three days before agreed date. Local pick up in Jonesboro, Ga; delivery is $10 plus 0.60 per mile. An invoice with complete details shall follow if no additional details are needed. Payments will be made through HoneyBook. All sales are final.
