Please understand that we can only remove a pet from the lease if ALL pets have been removed from the property. This is because it is impossible for us to inspect and determine if only pet has been removed if other pets are still in the property and displaying evidence of pets. If you no longer have on pet but still have others, you will have to leave all pets on the lease until you vacate the property.
