You will be contacted in the order we received your form. We may have a high volume of requests. We strive to respond within a few hours (24 hours at the latest). We have a team of design specialists with different price ranges. Digital work may be involved with the manipulation of copyrighted work. We try our best to avoid any copyright infringement. All designs are originally made and licensed unless requested otherwise. NO DESIGNS, DOCUMENTS WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENTS ARE MADE. If any changes in measurements or details are needed after your file has been finalized, you will be charged an extra fee. You agree that you will owe 60% of the service provided if you decide to back out of the agreement when a design and content has already been made or worked on. If in case you are contacted for copyright infringement, please email us at teamxandremusic@gmail.com with proof of dispute and we will gladly make you a new design for free. If you would like exclusive rights to the artwork, please contact us to set up a payment. Any designs not selected as the finalized ‘piece’ are NOT allowed to be used without our permission. If in this case, you do use the non-exclusive selected images, legal actions may be taken. Xandre may or may not use your non-exclusive art concepts for publication, marketing, sales, and more. All monthly coaching is 1 hour & 15 Mins per session, up to a max of 3 sessions per month.
