Please select the camps you would like to participate in below. Full day camps are $240, and half day camps are $140. Full-Day Camps run from 9:00-3:30pm, Half-Day camps run from 9:00-12:30pm. An email will be sent to you within 3 business days to confirm registration is complete for camp with next steps on how to pay the remaining balance. The remaining balance is due within 5 business days in order to hold your spot.Additional camps above (1) will be subject to a 10% discount! If you are interested in the Pre-Competitive dance camp and aren't sure if it's a good fit for your child, please inquire with the studio. Some camps will be divided into two cohorts by age (ex: Acro camp).

Pricing and Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable unless a camp needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19 regulations. If you withdraw, your fees are not refunded. Once the full balance is paid, no refunds will be issued unless a camp is cancelled, after the full balance is paid, due to Covid-19 or other reasons determined by CDP. No refunds will be issued for any other reason, unless an illness prevents you from participating, in which case a doctors note will be required. A $15 admin fee applies to all refunds for any reason other than camp cancellation. An email will be sent confirming your registration with instructions on how to submit your deposit fees.

Participation Waiver/Agreement
I ,on behalf of and as the legal guardian of the registered, agree to release from responsibility Clarke Dance Productions, including all staff, contractors, and teachers, from any liability for any personal injury, illness, or property damage and loss that may occur on the premises or at company related events. Despite precautions being taken by Clarke Dance Productions, dance is a physical activity and accidents and injuries may occur. By signing below, I realize that participation in such activities could result in possible personal injury to myself or my child. I accept all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Clarke Dance Productions.

Participation Details/Policies
On behalf of, and as legal guardian of the registered, I agree that I understand the following requirements, guidelines and protocols to participate in camp or in person programming at Clarke Dance Productions. - Campers must fill out a health screening questionnaire online every day before they arrive at camp. This information will be kept on file for contact tracing. If it is not filled out - you will not be permitted into camp. - mask must be worn at all times if that is still the provincially recommended course of action. - No refunds for missed camp days.- Bring a large water bottle. No snack time or lunch time will be provided during the 3 hour half day camp. Campers attending full-day camp programs must pack all NUT FREE products for snacks and lunches in their own lunch bag. No drop off of lunches will be permitted. Half-Day campers need to pack one snack only. - Campers need to bring their dance shoes and all necessary dance shoes.- Drop-Off and Pick-up will be done at the door. Prompt pick-up and arrival is required.- Campers need to wait in their cars until the front door is open. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your class start time and wait for the teacher to open the doors. Doors will be locked at the start of camp and late arrivals will not be permitted. - Campers will maintain social distancing for the entire duration of the camp and will have set markers and guidelines on the floor to assist them in this. - Camp participants are limited based on guidelines by the government as well as the capacity each business can accommodate.- If you feel like you cannot adhere to these guidelines, please do not sign up for camp.- Refer to the refund policy above for refund information.-Campers must not attend camp if they are feeling ill, have come in contact with a positive case of Covid-19 or have tested positive for Covid-19, or are awaiting results from a Covid-19 test.
