Liability Waiver & Policies
Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) will endeavour to offer only sound, safe, and responsible care for my pet(s). I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my pet at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) of any and all claims of injury, exspense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my pet while under Nadine Ilett's (Sit Stay Play) care and under my own care as a result of following any instructions given by myself to Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play).
Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) will act with all due respect and caution in my home during my absence and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) of any and all claims of damages to my home/property.
I authorize emergency medical care to be provided by above-named veterinarian, or an appropriate alternate to be determined by Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) in the event that my regular veterinarian is not available or that closer care is required. I will reimburse Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) for any charges related to emergency care.
Payment is due in full upon completion of booking/service or as agreed upon prior to starting pet care service(s).
Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) requires a 48 hour cancelation notice for pet siiting/visits or client will be required to pay the first day's fee. A 24 hour notice is required for dog walking/day visits or full day fee is required.
Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) will do their best to keep your dog as clean as possible during and after walks. Available towels and such should be left near entranceway that will be used for wet or muddy weather conditions. Nadine Ilett (Sit Stay Play) will not be responsible for bathing/brushing after walks.
