I state that myself (Kyle Morning) and my team (Liam Taylor, Tyler Anderson) are NOT responsible for anything on the next page.

We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with (Wednesday Warzone) and have full confidence in our abilities to do so. If you have any concerns please do not be afraid to contact us.

We will not take responsibilities for:

-Player Kicked from the warzone match due to game errors

-Miss calculations on 1st place 2nd place and 3rd place of said warzone tournament

-Money sent to the wrong winning teams

*Note: There will be no refunds on 5$ deposits to enter said tournament unless 

Your whole team backs out before start time stated

You lag out of more than 2 games (with proof) and your team decides to forfeit the tournament due to this, this has to be done before the third match is played.

** We will do our best to correct miscalculations and work closely with winning teams to do so

*** IF SUSPECTED OF CHEATING WE WILL REVIEW AND KICK YOU FROM THE TOURNAMENT IF FOUND GUILTY, YOU WILL GET NO REFUND AND WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK, NO QUESTIONS ASKED

-Winnings-

To satisfy everybody playing in the tournament the winnings will be as follows:

-1st (60% of the Prizepool)

-2nd (20% of the Prizepool)

-3rd (Will be refunded tournament entry fee ($10/Duos)($20/Quads))

**The leftover jackpot will be Re-allocated back into Wednesday Warzone for future funding/Business funding.
