    4. Solicitor's Lease Preparation Fee (more than 3 years including options) equal to as per solicitor's cost

    ! IMPORTANT NOTE ! - The Agent/Solicitor Lease Prepartion Fee is non-refundable once an application is approved and preparation of the Lease has commenced.
