Vaccination Requirements:
It is our top priority to keep our guest(s) free from exposure to any potential virus or parasites. We require proof of all up to date vaccines for your pet(s) prior to their boarding drop-off. Failure to provide proof of vaccines may result in cancellation of reservation.
Late Fee Policy:
I understand that pick up time, without any bathing services included, is at 12:00 pm on the departure date. If I fail to pick up my pet(s) by the pick up time, I recognize that I will be charged a $15.00 late fee. This $15.00 late fee is the price of Daycare for the day. As a courtesy for those clients who add a bathing service to their stay, we extend their pick up time to 5:30 pm on the departure date.
Destroyed or Damaged Items:
We at Grants Lick Bed and Biscuits recognize the importance of how personal belongings such as blankets, beds, toys etc. can bring comfort to your pet(s). We encourage our clients to bring a piece of their home with their pet(s) during their stay with us if they wish. I acknowledge that if any of my personal belongings, I choose to bring, are found to be damaged or destroyed during my pet(s) stay, Grants Lick Bed and Biscuits is not liable for these items. I understand that I will be bringing these items at my own risk.
Permission to treat:
Should my pet(s) become ill, a Grants Lick Veterinary Hospital Doctor may provide all medical and surgical treatment deemed necessary in the doctor’s professional judgment. I acknowledge that in the event of my pet’s illness or injury, if the Grants Lick Veterinary Hospital staff may not be able to contact me immediately and is therefore authorized to initiate appropriate treatment until the said owner can be reached. I agree to pay all related expenses associated with the treatment of my pet until I am available to discuss further care and related fees with the attending veterinarian. I will not hold the Grants Lick Veterinary Hospital; Grants Lick Bed and Biscuits, and/or its staff responsible for any illness or injury that might occur during my pet(s) boarding stay.
I agree to and understand this policy. If medications are necessary for treatment or handling, I give my permission to Grants Lick Bed and Biscuit to administer such medications. If I can not be reached, I understand the emergency contact below will be contacted on my behalf.
