Landscape Design / Install

We do charge a fee of $75 for our initial consultation. We feel it is necessary to charge this Consultation Fee because our time and ideas are valuable. If you move forward with New Leaf, we will credit $75 towards your project. This consultation includes a complete walk through of your property with one of our Landscape Professionals. During this consultation, we will discuss every aspect of your project, recommendations will be provided and any questions will be answered. A written estimate will be provided upon completion of our consultation.

At the consultation, we will determine if you need a Landscape Plan or a proposal for Installation. The Installation Proposal will break down, in detail, the entire construction process for your project. This proposal is included with the Consultation Fee. A Landscape Plan will require an additional Design Contract and will be discussed at the initial consultation. After the plan is finalized, an Installation Proposal will be created specific to the plan.
