  • Subscription Cancellation/Pause Request

    This form should take less than 5 minutes to complete
    • Account Request

    • If you are not the account holder we may contact that individual for final confirmation of account pause/cancellation.

    • Pause Account 
    • Circumstances in this industry can quickly change for a multitude of reasons. At Whiteboard strives to be flexible to our customers needs, we can pause your Whiteboard  Account, meaning we will freeze your Whiteboard account, removing access to your team but also pausing billing.

      • You can pause your account for up to three months.
      • Please allow 1 business days for processing.
      • The Support Team will process your request and notify you by email when it's complete.
      • Your Office environment, including data, custom campaigns, any texting number(s) will be left intact and but will be turned off
      • No communication will come out of Whiteboard during the paused period.

       

      At the end of the paused period your subscription will be reactivated and your Whiteboard Office, including all Campaigns will be turned back on!

    • We regret losing you as a business partner. However, our team will work to make the cancellation process simple and efficient for you.

      • Please allow 1 business days for processing
      • The Support Team will process your request and notify you by email when it's complete
      • Your Office environment, including data, custom campaigns, and any texting number(s) will be left intact for six months after your cancellation date. At the six month mark everything will be permanently deleted.
