LOCATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made effective as of {todaysDate}, by and between Flow Nonfiction LLC (the "PRODUCTION COMPANY"), of 305 Terrace Drive, Austin, Texas 78704, and the following party:

In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to use the location shall be referred to as "Studio", and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as the "Property," with {contact4} serving as legal representative of the property located at:

The Property hereby grants to Flow Studios and its agents, licensees, assigns, contractors, and employees the following irrevocable rights with respect to The Property:

A. On the day or days specified above, to bring all personnel and equipment it deems necessary for filming onto The Property, and/or of a constitution agreed to prior to arrival.

B. To photograph and record scenes and sounds on the interior and exterior of The Property, including but not limited to signs, logos, names, furniture and objects.

C. To exhibit, advertise and promote the Picture or any portion thereof, whether or not such uses contain audio and/or visual reproductions of the Property and whether or not the Property is identified, in any and all media which currently exist or which may exist in the future in all countries of the world and in perpetuity.

Flow Studios shall be responsible for obtaining any applicable third party releases as may be required by law from any such individuals (or for any third party trademarks, logos, etc.) not covered by this Agreement whom Production Company may videotape, record, interview and/or photograph at The Property if used in the Pictures.

Production Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Property from and against any and all liabilities, damages and claims of third parties arising from Production Company’s negligence, illegal acts or which may otherwise arise out of their breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to use hereunder of the Property and from any physical damage to The Property proximately caused by Production Company, or any of its representatives, assigns, licensees, employees, agents and other persons related to the Picture.

The undersigned warrants he/she has the right and authority to enter this Agreement on behalf of The Property, and to grant the rights granted herein. The Property agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Production Company from and against any and all claims relating to breach of its aforesaid warranty.

This agreement constitutes the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this agreement and cannot be changed except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
