- Gym Use and Liability: I accept full responsibility for my safety while using gym equipment and facilities, understanding the risks involved, including potential injury, disability, or death, and agree to the stated liability release.
- Theft and Personal Property: I understand that the Broadway Collective is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal property and that I am responsible for the security of my belongings while on the premises.
