1. Fill out the form completely and make your $75 deposit. Make sure to include sports bra size and full shipping address, your deposit includes a SCHOOL OF THOT Sports Bra, shipped directly to you once you complte this form! Note that deposits are non-refundable.
2. By October 11th - Sign up for the School of Thot Patreon (www.patreon/schoolofthot). The Patreon fee ($20/month) will be deducted from your monthly payments so that TOTAL program payment is $399 (you will be billed $379 each month for 2 months).
3. You will recieve your sports bra within 2 weeks. Please put it on with bikini bottoms or tight workout pants and take a "BEFORE" pic- front, side, and back. You can cut off your head if you like. Make sure the pics are well lit and clear. Email the BEFORE pics to: schoolofthot.junior@gmail.com.
We will NOT post Before/Afters without your permission!
4. You will get an email confirmation after you submit this application with information for the October 11 start date.
5. This program is all about accountability. You will be placed in a group of 5 other incredible women. You will check in with them every night by sharing your step count and your food diaries. By signing up for this program you are ready to go ALL IN and be held accountable DAILY - please make sure you are ready for this commitment before clicking submit.
