City Extension Co-Enrollment: No Credit Repeats payment page

If you have taken a credit class the maximum allowable times and would like to repeat the class for no credit you can sign up though this on-line form using your Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card. We do not accept American Express. If you have any questions, please email us: ccsf.extension@ccsf.edu
Only one student and one class per form. If you are registering for another person, you will need to submit a separate form with a different email address for that person.

Questions with a red star * are required, the others are optional.

You will need to provide:
- Your CCSF student ID number
- the course name and number CRN#
- instructor name
- number of units
- semester
Once you have completed payment you will be emailed a receipt. Please retain the receipt to show your instructor.

EXCEPTIONS: For all Art Classes, please get permission from the instructor BEFORE you coenroll. Then fill out the online form and we will reach out to your instructor for permission. If permission is not granted, you will be notified and issued a refund minus a $10 processing fee.
