Intern Onboarding Checklist
This is much easier on a desktop or tablet than it is on a phone.
We use this information only to manage your internship. We do not collect SSNs, bank data, or passwords, and we do not sell or share your information.

Please provide the info requested below. Return to keep it current.

  Take a minute to check and fix the setup in your gmail address.
  
  When a group of people share access to a google file, it is important that they can all see who else is on the team. However, many people have their gmail set so that it shows their gmail address twice, instead of showing their name above their email.
  
  See the image below. Robert Tolmach shows his name above his email. The others show their gmail twice, so teammates may not know their names. (Yes, we obscured part of each gmail address for privacy).
