    • Fix your gmail address FROM field 
    • Here is a tip for the professional world--not just CtP.

      Take a minute to check and fix the setup in your gmail address. 

      When a group of people share access to a google file, it is important that they can all see who else is on the team. However, many people have their gmail set so that it shows their gmail address twice, instead of showing their name above their email.

      See the image below. Robert Tolmach shows his name above his email. The others show their gmail twice, so teammates may not know their names. (Yes, we obscured part of each gmail address for privacy).
