Please be advised: Final payments are generally due 30-45 days prior to departure. This means that any travel plans within this time frame will require full payment. However, if it is outside of the 30-45 day window you are able to pay a deposit and make payments until due date. Make sure to read terms carefully prior to signing, once signed you adhere to the terms.

In order to perform the professional services necessary to arrange your travels, a NON-REFUNDABLE research fee is required. TURN AROUND TIME FOR QUOTES IS 3-5 business days OR LESS AFTER SUBMISSION OF FORM.

Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. From researching multiple platforms in order to best suit your needs, to coordinating itineraries and more! We provide tailored vacation plan that gives travelers peace of mind and saves them a great deal of time.

Once Majestik Moments has designed your itinerary, you are free to shop it at your leisure. If you choose to not book with us for any reason (decide not to go, booked somewhere else, just browsing, etc), then the research fee will be retained by Majestik Moments as services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days and Includes 1 destination change. Otherwise, we will consider the request canceled. If you reconvene thereafter, a new research fee will be due. NO EXCEPTIONS!
