Bursary Policies
1. A bursary award is contingent upon a Member or Apprentice Professional completing one or more professional development opportunities during the 2024 year.
Apprentice Professionals - A bursary may not be awarded towards any PGA of Canada Training Academy courses and/or programs by any Apprentice Professional who is in the process of obtaining the Class “A” status. Apprentice Professionals may only apply for professional development opportunities outside of the PGA of Canada Training Academy.
Class "A" Members - may apply for any professional development opportunities including, but not limited to, PGA of Canada Training Academy courses and/or programs.
2. The bursary is only valid for the cost of registration/tuition of any one or more professional development opportunities during the 2024 calendar year.
3. Applicants will be judged on the basis of substantiated information contained in their application.
4. A maximum amount of $2,000 in bursaries may be awarded to any one individual applying over their career as a Class “A” member or Apprentice Professional with the PGA of Canada.
