Terms and Conditions of So Soigné Studio formerly known as Graphics by Nai:

• Once you fill out this form it will take up 48 hours before we start the name search process.

• This allows you to be able to make any changes before we start the process to your proposed business name and cancel with a full refund.

• Once the process begins you will not be allowed to ask for any refunds or cancel. As we would of already started registering your business with Ministry of Legal Affairs.

• In the event that you do want to cancel, 70% of your 50% deposit will be refunded to you after we subtract the stimulated fees by the Ministry of Legal Affairs that would of been used to start the registration process. The next 30% would go towards So Soigné for all the work that would of been put into registrating your business thus far.

• It takes 5-15 days for the Ministry of Legal affairs to confirm that the name you provide is available for purchase and claim.

• You will be notified as soon as it is confirmed in the event that we need any signatures from you. If we do, a date, time and place will be agreed upon by us and you must make yourself available to avoid any delays in your registration process. Please respect our time and understand that we do have other customers to attend too so you cannot be late or not show up. It will result in you automatically forfeiting your spot and you will be refunded 70% of your 50% deposit as stated before.

•The Ministry of Legal affairs goes in first come first serve and with a certain time frame. If you fail to show up to sign any document that is needed it will result in us not being able to fowrd it to the Ministry of Legal Affairs in the timeframe required.

• Upon them confirming that your proposed business name is available we will move forward to complete the registration process.

• Once its completed and we have received the certificate in hand you will be notified immediately and a screenshot of the certificate will be sent to you.

• You will then be required to make the next 50% deposit and provide us with a screenshot of the receipt.

• We will then deliver your certificate via TTPOST or one of our Third party couriers services for free.

• So Soigné will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged certificates as a result of TTPOST or any Third Party Courier Services used in this process.

• The registration process should last no more than 4-6 weeks. But, can take longer due to Covid-19 and all the restrictions that is currently taking place within Ministry of Legal Affairs

• We will not reach out to you unless it is needed during this process. However you will be notified of everything as we go through the process.

• Communication and transparency is very important to us and we will do our part to make sure you feel as comfortable and secure in us as possible. But, have no fear you're in great hands.

• In the event we received any notices from Ministry of Legal affairs in regards to your registration you will be notified immediately.
