    Let's build your Studio app

    Complete this form to kick off your custom branded app. We'll guide you through each step.

    • Our team will review everything before we begin building your app

    Once your submission is complete, our team will review it and begin building your app. Most studio apps are published within 4-6 weeks.

  • Apple Developer program setup

  • If you have not already created your Apple Developer account (as an organization), please follow the instructions here.

  • Have you created your Apple Developer account (as an organization) and paid the $99 USD annual fee?*

  • Once your Apple Developer account has been processed and you paid your fee, please ensure to complete Apple's required trader compliance. You can follow the steps here.

  • If you have not already added Trainerize as an administrator to your Apple Developer account, please follow the instructions to do so here.

  • To allow Trainerize to create, launch, and update your app in Apple, we must be provided an API key. Only the account holder has the ability to do this. Please follow the instructions here.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that your chosen name will be available on Apple. If it is not available, please be prepared to provide us with another variation.

  • If your app name does not match the name of your organization on Apple Developer, you must provide documentation proving that you own or do business under the app name. Otherwise, Apple will reject your app until such documentation is provided. For more information, please see here.

  • This will be used for the icon that is visible on a mobile device's home screen.

    If your logo is complex, we suggest uploading a simplified version for optimal brand recognition.

    It is not necessary to make the corners of the app icon image rounded, our team will do that for you.

  • This image will be placed on the splash screen when the app is loading, on the sign-in page, and on the in-app top bar.

  • The splash (background) image must be a plain image that does not contain any text or logos. Ensure that your image complies with Apple's Review Guidelines and Google's Developer Policy.

  • Please note we cannot use greyscale (white, black, grey) for buttons etc. So please include at least one other colour to be used.

  • Next steps

  • Our team reviews each submission manually to verify your submission complies with Apple and Google's policies. We will follow up with you accordingly if your submission likely to be rejected.

    Our design team will create mockups of your white-label app. This step takes approximately one business week.  A member of our CBA team will follow up with you for approval and feedback. Once the design has been approved, we will start the build and will connect with you on expected timelines for app publication.
