Wireless Wizards offers a 90 Day limited Warranty on all parts installed
. Any issue that arises after repair beyond part installed is not covered under warranty. Additional damage such as: physical (scratched or cracked glass, or LCD damage (discoloration), bent housing, or any liquid damage, or 3rd party repairs, will void warranty. Any device that we cannot test prior to repair, due to faulty touch, or damaged LCD display, or won’t power on, is not eligible for warranty. If a device is damaged to the extent that internal parts are visible prior to repair, we are not liable for potential loss of functionality: such as blurry camera, faulty earpiece, or faulty Face ID. We are not liable for damage caused by faulty chargers causing: battery swelling, overheating, or charging issues. You understand that repairing your device comes with risks, & agree to assume all risks including loss of functionality after attempting a repair due to unknown factors. You agree to waive & indemnify "Wireless Wizards" & any of its employees from any claim of damages & negligence for attempting a repair. You understand that repairing a device may void manufacturer warranty. You understand that repairs are done with aftermarket parts. You understand that opening your device will result in degradation of the manufacturer's liquid resistance seal & we are not responsible for any liquid damage that may occur as a result, & you are responsible for damages incurred to fix the device. Wireless Wizards is not responsible for any data loss & encourages customers to backup data (i.e. a device is disabled from too many passcode attempts due to ghost touching, or keeps rebooting to the apple logo). Any device that has an unpaid balance after 30 days of repair will be deemed abandoned, & property of Wireless Wizards. Due to the nature of repair, unexpected fees may arise that previously couldn’t be determined without opening the device. We agree not to share your data with any 3rd party. We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions at any time, without notice. You understand that "Wireless Wizards" has a NO REFUND policy on all repairs. You agree to pay the full price quote or any verbal agreed price.
