Photographers attending the Texas School of Professional Photography in Addison, TX April 25-April 30, 2021 learn through photographing people. We typically need Families, High School Seniors, Couples, Sports Teams, Individuals, Babies, Kids, and Tweens for our photographers to photograph. You do not have to be a professional model or have any experience to apply, but you do need to be available, and the more time you are available, the more likely you will be asked to model for one of the classes. Please include information about specific looks, sports gear, musical instruments, costumes, etc that you may want to bring to be photographed so we can match you with the instructor model requests. Texas School Instructor have requested models and we will match those requests with model applications through the beginning of April.

Due to Covid-19, we are monitoring the county and state standards. If you feel uncomfortable being in groups of 20+, please fill out the form, and choose the "Contact me next year" option. There will be a Covid-19 Policy in place which we will ask all attendees, models, and guests to abide by and sign a waiver. Please expect more information if your application is accepted. The Policy will not be released until closer to the date of the event when we know state, county, and city requirements.

Please sign up each person who is available so we have their information even if you are part of a group being photographed(a cheer team, band, etc). Please note the team when filling out the form.You will be notified when you are placed in the schedule to confirm your availability, appointment time, and location. Please let us know as soon as possible, if you cannot make your appointment so we can place a different model. We plan to use SignUpGenius.com this year to create your schedule and keep up with your assignments, please be sure the email you give us is an active email where we will be able to reach you quickly. We will be sending reminders and communications through this email. Texas School Instructors have assistants who we call Wranglers, may contact you regarding your appointment. These Wranglers are photographers attending the conference who are helping instructors keep the classroom running smoothly. They do not typically work for the instructor outside of class- sometimes they are meeting them for the first time during the week of our event. Wranglers may contact you anytime after April 20th to talk to you about what you will wear, where to meet, and answer any questions about the photography session appointment. If you do not hear from the wrangler before your appointment, please use the information in your schedule for what to bring and where to go. Please be on time. Arriving for your Model Appointment: The location of your appointment is included as a Google Map pin. Please note that locations may vary if you are scheduled for more than one appointment. Please plan to arrive at your appointment ready to be photographed(hair and makeup done). You may want to bring a few options for clothing within the instructions on your appointment. Don't forget shoes, belts, or other accessories that may make the images more fun!

As a thank you for your time and efforts, Texas School would like to offer you 5+ images for every hour that you are photographed. The number of images depend on the instructor, and may vary greatly. Images will be delivered digitally through an email with a Dropbox link to download your images from each session within 2 weeks. If you have any questions, include it in the form, and we will contact you if you are matched with an Instructor's Model Request.
