Training Sessions:
1. Newbies / Learn to Swim (8 swim sessions, 2 weeks).
2. Regular / Novice (Unlimited sessions, monthly)
Ocnhs Swim: Tuesday to Friday (8:00-9:30am, 4:30pm-6:00pm, 6:00-7:00pm); Saturday (8:00-10:00am);
Sunday Bike-Run: 7:00-8:30am at City Plaza
Monday Run-Core: 4:30-6:30pm at Public Oval.
