The location of this event near the Chesapeake Bay means the area will often experience strong sun and wind.  The waterside location is great for visitors but we strongly recommend 10 x 10 tents for shade and comfort.  The tents will be placed on concrete so please plan an alternate method of securing them.

There are many ways to secure tents against wind. Click here for one example.

Tables, chairs and tents are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Setup/Breakdown:  All Exhibitors must be set up and ready to sell by 3:45pm on the day of the event.  Exhibitors may start setting up at 3:00pm.  Breakdown can start no sooner than 7:00pm and must be completed by 7:30pm.  No vendor is to close before the official closing time.  Sellers are responsible for their selling spaces.  *Before leaving, be sure your area is clean and trash free.

Exhibitor tables and booths must be manned at all times and intact until event closes at 7:00pm.
