We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior will result in a fee of 50% of the time you were reserved for. This fee must be paid before rebooking your next service. This fee does not go toward your next service.
A no call/no show will result in 100% fee for the booked service. This will need to be paid before rebooking. Rebooking will be at the discretion of the stylist.
