Wine Order Form

Dry - Cross of Chardonnay and Seyval. A little spice, green apple, mineral lemon lime finish. Pairs: Seafood and chicken.

Dry - Crisp, light bodied, green plum, apple, pear 

Dry - spicy refreshing white wine.  Pairs:  Asian and Indian foods

Dry/Semi-Dry - Citrus, limes/lemon, Granny Smith apple.  Pairs:  fish and chicken dishes and white sauces/pasta

Dry/Semi-Dry - Clean, crisp, pear, green apple, mineral finish. Pairs: Soft cheese, chicken, salads

Semi-Sweet - Blend of Moosecato & Catawba. Light with peach flavor in the beginning and a lemon lime finish. Great summer wine.

Semi-Sweet - Medium bodied semi-sweet wine with pineapple and tropical fruit flavors up front and a white grape finish.  

Semi-Sweet - Sweet, light, and bright Moosecato wine.  Hints of peaches and other fruits.

Semi-Sweet - Smooth, sweet, and nicely balanced.  Raisins, vanilla, pineapple, melon, pear. Pairs:  fish, spicy, salty foods

Dry - Full bodied, soft tannins, dark fruit & spice.  Hint of chocolate.

Dry - Dry, medium body.  Black cherry, black currant.  Full flavor.  Pairs:  Grilled meats; peppery sauces.

Dry - Smokey blended with earthen nose and soft mouth feel.  Plum and blackcurrent, Pairs:  Barbecues carmalized, nutty finish.

Dry - Smooth, blackberry, black cherry, and hint of chocolate.  Pairs:  Italian dishes, pork beef.

Semi-Dry - Smokey , earthy, cherry, raspberry, blackberry, elderberry, plums.  Pairs with aged cheese, brie.  Great in hearty stews.

Semi-Dry - Soft tannins up front, notes of cherry, black berry, black pepper and spice on both nose Pairs well with red meats, cheeses, fruits.   Great table wine. and palate.

Semi-Dry - Blackberry, cherry, plum, hint of chocolate.  Smokey

Semi-Sweet - Delicious Pomegranate flavored wine with sweet nose of Gummy Bears!  Flavors of strawberry jam and sweet apple juice.   Great SLUSHY wine.

Sweet - Grape jam, raspberry, pineapple, cinnamon.  Pairs:  Smokey cheeses, feta.
