Maine Highland Games and Scottish Festival.

The cost for a single clan package is $50.

If you are a first-time participating clan or organization in our Maine Games
and were referred to us by another clan or organization, please make the
appropriate selection to take advantage of our $10 clan package discount.
If your clan or organization referred someone, and that clan or organization is
participating this year, you may also take advantage of the discount.

NOTE: All information provided is kept strictly confidential, and is only used for communicating
directly with the clan representative, with regards to, and for purposes relating specifically to the
Maine Highland Games and Scottish Festival.

Each clan package costs $50 for 2019, and includes one clan tent site, a parking pass, 1 clan t-shirt, 2 games tickets (adult or child use), 1 clan ribbon, and 1 parking pass.

^* Each clan package costs $50 for 2021 (minus applied discounts, if any) and includes one clan tent site, one clan t-shirt, two games tickets (adult or child use), one clan ribbon, a Maine Highland Games & Scottish Festival program, and a parking pass for one vehicle.

^** If you selected (2) for the number of clan packages, you will have been presented with the option to select a second t-shirt size. If you only selected (1) clan package, this field should be blank.

In an effort to reduce costs, I am not going to be physically sending clan packages out unless specifically requested to do so. Many clans receive their packages upon arrival, and the tickets themselves have become pointless, as they don't get checked at the gate. If you select the "Hold for Arrival" option, you will still receive an email confirmation of your order, as soon as I can send one out after receiving your clan registration.

INDEMNITY PROVISION

By submitting your registration and returning it along with your payment, the Clan or Organization, and its authorized Representative hereby waives any and all claims against the Saint Andrews Society of Maine Inc., including damages to his or her property or merchandise and for all personal injuries while on the Games site during the 42nd Annual Maine Highland Games & Scottish Festival (or the associated Friday night Cèilidh), being held on August 20 & 21, 2021, at the Thomas Point Beach and Campground, Brunswick, Maine; and also agrees to the policies & procedures of the Saint Andrews Society of Maine Inc. This agreement is valid to the extent permitted by law.
The Saint Andrews Society of Maine Inc. is a 501(c)3 charitable, non-profit organization.
