If you will be giving a presentation or reading a report to the Council or need the ability to speak if called upon for questions during the Council meeting, please fill out this form so we can send you a Panelist invite which will allow you to join the meeting with your mic enabled.

To participate, you must join via the panelist link we send you. There is a new panelist link required for each day of the meeting.
You must use Chrome or Edge browsers, or the RingCentral app installed on your machine. You cannot join via telephone audio.
Please make sure to review our "How to & FAQ page" page for more details.
NOTE: To ensure panelists don't miss an invite or an agenda change, we'll add your email to the distribution list for each day of the meeting once you sign up here. If you don't need to participate that day, please disregard the invite.
