Three Water Trials Oct 3, 4 and 5th so we need three days of Volunteers!
Junior/Apprentice/Working will run on the BEACH SITE and Courier/Master on the BACK site. A description of the volunteer positions are listed below. The trials are listed separastely below - so you will need to sign up for a volunteer position for each trial. There are new volunteer positions so PLEASE READ!
- First - check the box for the level(s) you are competing in and/or stewarding in for each Trial. (to avoid conflicts with scheduling volunteeers).
- Next - Enter YOUR NAME and/or Family Member Name in the box(s) for the position(s) you are volunteering for. Names can be entered multiple times for different positions. If you would like to Volunteer as a "Floater" and have the Volunteer Coordinator place you where you are needed - please state that in the comment section.

EQUIPMENT CHECK-IN: 7-9AM Friday, Saturday and Sunday
COOLER ICE DUTY: Each Morning we need a volunteer to bring ice to the site and ensure the coolers (including judges coolers) are filled with ice. You will be reimbursed for the ice you purchase.
MORNING OF TRIAL SITE SET UP: Each morning at 7:30 we need two volunteers to set up the Diva Boards at each site, post the running order and volunteer schedules on the Diva Boards, assist with the secretary table set up and equipment Check in Station.
TRIAL GATE STEWARD (DIVA): The Trial Day DIVA ensures the teams are on the line and on deck and ready to go to keep the trial moving smoothly.
GATE/LAND STEWARD: NOTE: The Land Steward also acts as Gate Steward for all Levels except Apprentice. The Junior Land Steward must be able to accurately throw the dummy 25 feet. The Apprentice Land Steward must be able to accurately throw the dummy 60 feet. The Apprentice Gate (aka Flopper) must be able to accurately flop and place the Float Line between the Two Markers.
BOAT STEWARD: 2 Rowers are needed for Working, Courier and Master Levels. Please Note the Level of Difficulty in the Table below. The Workiing Handler Boat must be able to throw a dummy 50' from boat.
