  • To submit your Returned Student Report (RSR) you must:

    • respond to the following questions
    • provide images of yourself while on your experience, 
      • In-country Experiences: Provide at least THREE images of yourself while on your mobility experience.
      • Virtual Experiences: Provide at least ONE image of yourself taken within the last year (i.e. picture of you traveling or at an activity, a selfie you like or a picture a friend took, etc). The picture doesn't have to be from your virtual experience, although we would love to see them if you have any!

    Reports will be posted on the Study Overseas website. Reports are public and not password protected.

    Thanks for taking the time to complete this report.  Include as much information as you can – at least one paragraph per question.  The information you provide is incredibly useful to students planning their mobility program - think about what you would like to have known before your program.

    Your photos should be high-resolution and of good quality, so they can be used for a variety of marketing materials.

  • This form verifies that the person named below grants permission to The University of Adelaide, University of South Australia and Adelaide University, their agents, or any assignees, to use, reproduce and communicate (in hardcopy or electronic format) any photographs, audio and/or video recordings taken of them and/or their child.

  • HEREBY WARRANT and AGREE THAT:

    1.     I understand that my image, likeness, voice, testimonial, name and/or any other representation of me will be recorded or captured at the session undertaken for The University of Adelaide (ABN 61 248 878 937) (‘UoA’), University of South Australia (ABN 37 191 313 308) (‘UniSA’), and/ or Adelaide University (ABN 41 202 953 738) (‘AU’) as described above.

    2.     I assign to UoA, UniSA and AU any copyright in any photographs, audio and/or video recordings, including commercial(s), film(s), multimedia, Internet voice recording(s), sound recordings, print, advertising or any other hardcopy or digital format featuring me (“any image”) and taken or recorded by the UoA, the UniSA, the AU or their agent: _____________________.

    3.     All right, title and interest in any image will vest with the UoA, the UniSA, and the AU jointly and will be their joint property free from any claim by me.

    4.     I will not:

    4.1.  acquire any rights over which any product in which any image is used, or any monetary proceeds which are derived from their sale, licensing, distribution or other use; and

    4.2.  be paid for acting as a participant for the purposes of this agreement or for providing the consents, warranties and agreements in this agreement.

    5.     The UoA, the UniSA, the AU or any one or more of them may, at their absolute discretion, use, reproduce and communicate any image for commercial and non-commercial purposes, whether hardcopy or digital, moving or still, with or without retouching, adapting or otherwise altering any image for use anywhere in the world, including but not limited to:

    5.1.  for educational purposes;

    5.2.  to promote the UoA, the UniSA, and/or the AU, their courses/programs or anything that any one or more of them choose to promote; and

    5.3.  to enable any product in which any image appears to be licensed, distributed, exhibited or sold (including for commercial return).

    6.     I understand this may result in public disclosure of any image of me, including appearance or reference in any medium, including written, publications, audio, video or other media which may exist in the future.

    7.     In using any image, neither the UoA, the UniSA, or AU will intentionally disparage, denigrate or damage my name or reputation. 

    8.     All information provided is true and correct and I take full responsibility for its accuracy and use of the information.

    9.     To the best of my knowledge, the use of any image does not breach any copyright, exclusivity, confidentiality or any other limitations of any third party.

    10.   I release the UoA, the UniSA, the AU (and anyone acting within their authority) from any claims relating to any image or this agreement.

    The rights assigned herein are in addition to, and not in substitution for, any rights the UoA, the UniSA and the AU may have under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
