    NOTE: Currently results are taking 5-6 weeks from receipt at the lab.
    • Use this form to order tests.  When processed you will receive an email with the test form(s).  If there are questions, do NOT contact the lab but contact ADGA Performance Programs. You do NOT need to send ADGA the top part but can retain for your records.  You must be the owner or breeder to order the test.  Otherwise, we need to have permission from the owner.
    • By submitting this form you agree to the associated charges for all testing.  We will process once we verify funds are in your account for the testing.  However the charge will not be processed right away.  We will hold the requests for 1 week.  For quickest service, please have the funds in your account before submitting the request!
    • You can also use the comment section for specific instructions.
    • NOTE: Starting January 1, 2021 G6S, Alpha-S1-Casein, and Scrapie Resistance Variant testing results will be publicized and will remain included for perpetuity on that animal’s record for submissions made by the breeder or any owner of record.  Samples, such as semen, submitted by a third party will only be published with the consent of the breeder or any owner on record.

  • Enter each Goat's registration number, including the breed (ADGA ID's do not have leading zeroes) and just the last part of name, or if not registered, provide complete tattoo, date of birth, sex and breed. Example: ABC/N1 4-1-21 Doe Nubian Use the comment section to list potential parents of unregistered animals along with known parents, or any other notes that will help us process the request, such as the test being from an Embryo Transfer. You do NOT need to let us know the parents of registered animals unless you are adding one not on record. You CAN order parents and unregistered kids at the same time.

  • Before you submit, please check that you entered unregistered animals with all of the required information: Complete tattoo, date of birth, sex and breed. Example: ABC/G1 4-1-15 Doe Nubian. Registered animals need their ID and last part of their name. Also please enter potential parent's Registration ID and last part of their name in the comment section if not registered. Thank you!

  • These are the current rates for DNA and Diagnostic testing services.  We will not process your order if funds are not available in your account to complete the billing transaction.

  • DISCLAIMER & RELEASE:

    ADGA has a proprietary right to the DNA type information and the results of parentage analysis for each animal. Except as may be required by law, ADGA will not disclose, publish or otherwise disseminate specific results on any goats which are or have been the subject of DNA typing and/or parentage analysis to anyone other than the owner of the animal unless written authorization is provided by the owner. ADGA does retain the right to disclose that DNA information is on file along with parentage confirmation as part of the goat’s pedigree information. It is further understood and agreed that the genetic results are to become part of the animal’s permanent record and will be available to aid in resolving parentage questions of purported offspring. ADGA retains the right to disclose diagnostic testing results as part of the goat's pedigree information. Additional testing requested later in this account is covered by this agreement. Samples submitted for DNA analysis shall become the property of the contract laboratory upon receipt and may be used for general research purposes. I/we agree to indemnify and hold “ADGA” harmless against any losses, costs or damages, including attorney fees arising from the results of the performed tests by submitting this request.
