External Haulage Delivery for Cedral Weatherboard Customer Delivery Booking Form
Thank you for your recent order. For us to deliver your order to your requested address we must use an external pallet delivery service. Please complete the below form to ensure we can process your order quickly and smoothly. We will not book any haulage prior to receiving the below requested information.
Delivery date

We can deliver any weekday requested so long as it is a minimum of 2 working days following the submission of this completed form. Our external haulier does not offer timed delivery slots so somebody must be available at the delivery address on your chosen day between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

Delivery access

Deliveries will be carried out on either a 7.5ton or an 18ton vehicle (not articulated trucks). If there are any access restrictions or local roadworks that may prevent a large vehicle being able to deliver to your address it is important that you notify us accordingly

Failed deliveries that are of no fault of the haulage company will be subject to either a redelivery charge or a return to sender charge of £150. It is important that you understand your responsibilities in providing correct information on this form and ensuring appropriate offload facilities or that personnel are available on the chosen delivery date as you will be liable for any additional charges.
