Warringah Swim Club Uniform Order
Please complete this form for each swimmer so we can deliver the right sizes. Please state what size clothes your swimmer normally wears so we have an idea of whether you have chosen correctly as the size guides are a little confusing.

Your items can be collected from the coaches at the pool a few days after your order. Please ask the coaches for the items.

Please do not attempt to order any items marked (SOLD OUT).

If you are unable to view images, it may be that pop ups are blocked. Images and size guides are also available on our website: warringahasc.com.au

Notes:

Sizes are pretty much true to size (ie child 10 = child 10)

Some sizes are sold out, please do not order 'sold out' items

If you happen to order the incorrect size, we can swap for the correct size if it's in stock, otherwise we may offer you a refund if we can't fulfill your order.
