I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. The risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which I may incur through participation in online yoga classes.

Ibeliz Guadalupe shall not be liable for any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind whatsoever for, or on account of death, personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind resulting from my participation in online yoga classes.
I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. It is advisable to consult your healthcare provider before embarking on any exercise program.

Awareness is fundamental to the practice of yoga. It is your responsibility as a client to monitor each activity and determine whether it is appropriate for you to participate. Though I am your guide, you remain primarily responsible for your safety and well-being. As a professional, I am responsible for providing competent therapeutic yoga and instruction.

I hold myself fully responsible for my participation and will ensure that my place of practice is as safe and distraction free so that I may apply my attention towards my practice and be fully present and engaged.

I understand that these session are an investment in self and my commitment to practice outside of these sessions is vital. In by my own choice, I am choosing to develop a more balanced lifestyle and therefore a yoga practice on my own accord and not by force.

I fully understand that each session equates to 60 minutes or 30 minutes respectively. 60 minute sessions equate to 10-30 minutes of open dialogue and 30-50 minutes of yoga practice equating to the totality of 60 minutes. 30 minute sessions equate to 10 minutes of conversation and 20 minutes of yoga practice equating to a totality of 30 minutes. Each sessions content is fluid and flexible to change and adjust depending on circumstance, subject matter and or needs.
