Business hours are Monday - Thursday: 2pm - 9pm, Friday - Saturday & Holidays: CLOSED
Any emails sent will be answered the following business day if they have been sent after 9pm or on a non-business day.
Work will NOT be completed during non-business days
Payments:
For projects $600 and under, payment must be paid in full before any work begins. For project over $600, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required before any work begins. The remainder of payment must be made upon project completion.
Communication:
All communication between the client and Destinykeasiacreations will be done via email. Destinykeasiacreations will NOT discuss projects via social media platforms, phone calls, or text messages.
The client has 7 business days to respond to emails regarding projects. If the client fails to respond in that timeframe, their order will be cancelled and NO refund will be given.
Please allow up to 72 hours for a response due to a high volume of emails on our end.
Refunds & Cancellations:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Destinykeasiacreations does not and will not provide refunds or cancellations for any product/service for any reason unless Destinykeasiacreations and the client has mutually agreed upon a refund.
If a chargeback is in process and/or a dispute is filed, the client will NOT receive any of the work and agree to pay forth any fees associated with the litigation filed against them.
Drafts & Revisions:
Draft images of any kind are for the purpose of approval ONLY. They may not be copied, manipulated, and/or distributed to any other person(s) or company other than Destinykeasiacreations and the client without permission from the Destinykeasiacreations. If drafts have been copied, manipulated, and/or distributed without the permission of Destinykeasiacreations, legal action will be pursued against the client. All drafts are property of Destinykeasiacreations.
All services (except instant downloads) include three revisions. Revisions include: font changes, color changes, sizing, and layout. If the client is still unsatisfied, there will be a $15 fee for each additional revision per the clients request.
Turnaround Times:
Project will be deliver no later than 12-21 business days or 4-6 weeks for larger projects (branding packages/websites) after work has begun; however, turnaround times may extend due to emergencies, tech failures, and other crises. No finalized work will be delivered before full payment has been received.
File Delivery & Ownership:
All projects, except website design, will be delivered via email in the following formats: .png, .pdf, and .jpg.
All core .psd, .ai, and/or .eps files will remain the sole property of Destinykeasiacreations.
Once the project has been finalized and files have been delievered, the client now owns the rights to the project; however, the client also agrees to give Destinykeasiacreations the right to use the completed project for portfolio and.or marketing purposes.
