  • Clean Ride Mobile Detailing (formally Clean Ride Auto Care, LLC.) seeks to provide premium vehicle detailing services with excellent customer satisfaction. In order to do so, there are some requirements of the customer and limitations of the services that need to be understood and agreed to. Please read on below to understand these requirements and limitations. 

    By scheduling any service with Clean Ride Mobile Detailing (here on referred to as "we") the customer (here on referred to as "you") hereby agrees to all terms and conditions listed on this form.

     

    Service Requirements

    If we are providing a mobile service we expect to be provided an ample amount of space to perform our service, permission to be on-premises if you are not the owner, and a safe location as well as safe conditions to service your vehicle.

    Mobile services also will require water and electric hookups be provided within 100' of the vehicle being serviced. While we have many years of detailing experience we have only been offering mobile services since 2020 and do not have the equipment available to bring these utilities with us at this time.

    If the service is provided at your home, please make sure to have all vehicles that may be leaving during the service window positioned so we do not have to break down our setup to allow them to move.

    If you have scheduled an appointment at our location, please understand that it is not a “brick and mortar shop” but our garage at our home that we have equipped to take customers. We do not have a waiting room so customers must arrange to drop the vehicle off.  

    We reserve the right to alter or amend a booking time/date for any reason (including inclement weather) without penalty but will attempt to notify the customer with as much advanced warning as possible.

    Our estimated time of arrival for our mobile services may be adjusted dependant on the weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    We will contact you prior to the scheduled appointment to confirm the service, give you an estimated time of arrival or requested drop off, and make sure the weather is permitting us to work. 

    Please remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from the vehicle prior to any type of interior service. 

    If areas such as the center armrest storage or glove compartment are not cleared we  will attempt to clean around items but cannot guarantee your total satisfaction.

    Due to child safety, we will remove car seats only by request of the owner. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats before we arrive. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle and the customer did not request them removed, we will do our best to clean around the car seat but cannot guarantee your total satisfaction. We will under no circumstance reinstall a carseat that was removed during the service and will try to make apparent that the car seat is not properly installed if it was removed per customer request.

    We respect your time and personal property and we will be polite and courteous at all times.  However, we reserve the right to refuse, deny or discontinue any service if we deem the customer to be unreasonable.

    We will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances and will take the appropriate actions should any such behaviors be encountered.

    For your safety please keep a safe distance, at least 10-15 feet, away from our work area to avoid any trip or slip hazards. If you need to speak to us while we are working on your vehicle please attempt to get our attention from a distance. We try to pay attention to our surroundings.

     

    Services Performed

    Pet hair and sand are two of the toughest items to remove from a vehicle with normal vacuuming. The complete and total removal of either element is not guaranteed with any of our service offerings. However, on most occasions, we are successful at removing visual traces of both elements.

    We make no promises when it comes to the removal of stains and/or odors from vehicles. We aim to please so we will try our best. Please be aware that some upholstery and carpets are beyond cleaning and may not completely clean up as expected. Some stains are permanent. We may consult with you about what can and cannot be done in regard to your vehicle's interior.

    When it comes to windows we always try our best, but from time to time and depending on temperature (especially hot temperatures) windows may have a film after being cleaned. Please allow the car to cool and then take a microfiber towel and wipe the film off if you see streaks. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    We are not responsible for damage due to heavily soiled, stained or damaged interior components, such as dash buttons and steering column buttons and knobs. Such areas may be so caked with dirt, grime, and makeup that cleaning may result in these buttons and knobs losing their markings.

    We will only clean engine bays and sunroof/moonroofs upon request. 

    We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems when cleaning engine bays and sunroof/moonroofs due to areas simply getting wet from the wash/cleaning process.  Please make sure your vehicle is in good mechanical/electrical working order.  There is no way of knowing of these problems before we begin, so please understand that if issues do arise after our detailing process, we will NOT be held responsible.    

    The headliner will be gently cleaned when appropriate, however there may be remaining stains. The adhesive used for headliners can be adversely affected by the use of more agressive techniques or stronger cleaners resulting in loss of adhesion and sagging. Please understand that headliners may not come completely clean due to this reason.  

    We do not use harsh cleaning products on any interior or exterior areas. All of our products are safe and do not chemically damage carpets, leather, vinyl, plastic, painted, clear coated, or chrome surfaces.

    We are not responsible for baked-on brake dust or oxidation that cannot be completely removed either on the surface or deep within the wheel. Some wheels are beyond cleaning and may need to be repaired or replaced.

    If an exterior service includes paint enhancement or paint correction we will make our best attempt to meet customer expectations however, not all paint defects, scratches, or etchings can always be removed with our detailing methods. We will attempt to establish realistic expectations prior to service, but it should be understood that some more severe paint defects will require additional servicing by a body shop or paint shop. When encountering severe defects we can often improve their appearance but will err on the side of caution when it comes to removing them to prevent further damage.

     

    Pricing and Payment

    We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type/size of the vehicle, and the customer location. This may include surcharges for excessive pet hair, sand, dirt, trash, and/or debris.

    Often times we are able to provide a guidance quote, either in writing or verbally, prior to the date of service. The formal price of service will be determined the day of service after an in-person review of the condition of the vehicle. The price provided the day of service will supersede any previously quoted price.

    We require a $50 non-refundable deposit in order to schedule appointments. The full amount will be credited towards the service. Remaining balances must be made in full on the day of the performed service. Failure to pay in full on the same day may result in a 10% late charge accrued each day left unpaid.
