Badges submitted after 24th Sepember will need to be collected from registration between 3pm-6pm on the 6th October or between 7am-8am on the 7th October.

Health and Safety:
It is a condition of entry into the Exhibition that every exhibitor, contractor, sub-contractor, supplier and their agents comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and its regulations. The exhibitor accepts that it is their legal responsibility to ensure that their own and others Health and Safety are not put at risk by their actions (or inaction) during Kent Construction Expo.
By ticking the below you are confirming that you will ensure that:

1. Your staff will behave in a safe manner throughout the event
2. Any electrical items that you bring to the event are PAT tested
3. The break down of your stand will not commence before the official break down time of 16.00 on Thursday 7th October 2021.
4. It is a condition of our contract with you that you hold Public Liability Insurance cover for at least £5 million.
5. Any stand built by an external contractor must provide a full risk assessment and method statement
