Return / Exchange / Missing Items Authorization Form
Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products within (15) days of purchase minus the cost of the shipping label.
Items purchased after (15) days will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% (or greater) minus the cost of the shipping label.
Items purchased after (30) days will not be eligible to be returned.

To start your return process, simply fill out the below return form. Once the form has been submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for an approval email back for your return. Credits will be available on your account within 10 business days of the items being received in our warehouse. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Returns received back damaged due to poor packaging will not receive credits.
