Adaptive Outdoor Rec Membership
Adaptive Adventures is a non-profit organization that depends on client and community support to operate. Membership fees are separate from Trip Fees and both are required to participate in Adaptive Outdoor Rec trips. There is no price difference between activity types (e.g. paddling trip and cycling trip are equivalent fees). Trip fees for 2025/26 season:

- Single trip fee: $30
- 4-week trip package: $99
- 8-week trip package: $179
- Unlimited package: $535

If costs are a barrier to accessing Adaptive Outdoor Rec trips, please contact the Adaptive Adventures office and inquire about our #getoutside fund to help support your costs. This was generously funded by Sunbelt rentals.

We would love to work with you to remove barriers to accessing the outdoors.

For Adaptive Adventures Trip cancellations
- Outside of 48h, credit will be provided towards future trips*
- Inside 48h, no refund or credit will be provided*
- Made by Adaptive Adventures, credit for a future trip will be provided
*For cancellations due to unexpected illness, credit towards a future trip may be offered at managements discretion.

Any decisions on refunds and exceptions to this policy must be made in consultation with Adaptive Adventures programming management.
