2021 MMF Student Scholarship Application
ELIGIBILITY: Student must live in Grand County, Utah. Applicants must be entering grade 2-12 in fall of 2021 and have a minimum of 1 year's experience with their instrument. Previous scholarship recipients must wait one school year before they are eligible to re-apply. INSTRUCTIONS: Students are to fill out the following online form in full and submit by Friday, May 28, 2021, 5pm. Applicants will be notified of award status by mail in July of 2021. Awards will be distributed at the 2021 MMF Labor Day Concert at Old City Park. Scholarships are for a fixed amount of $300. All recipients will be required to submit a final report detailing how they used their funds.
