If you would like to renew, please reach out to the office as soon as possible to sign your renewal documents. You do not need to submit this Intent to Vacate form.

By signing below, I agree that the apartment space listed above will be vacated completely, including all belongings and trash, and that all keys, keyfobs, and/or passes will be turned into the management office by the lease expiration date. I understand and acknowledge that keys will only be accepted if all balances due, including all damage charges, are paid in full. If vacating prior to payment of the last monthly rent installment, it must also be paid prior to any keys being accepted.

I acknowledge that the lease expiration date listed on my lease agreement is the approved vacate date. Acceptance of this form by management does not imply approval of any other vacate date.

I understand that giving this notice does not relieve me of any liability that I may have under my present lease agreement.
