Lead time may vary depending on how complex the new product development will be and the availability of the ingredients. Though our normal lead-times are as follows:

Recipe 1-2 weeks
Costing 1-2 weeks
Sample 1-4 weeks (The lead times vary based on the use of non-core line or unusual ingredient requests. Core line ingredients are faster as they are available to use right away)

Similar lead time may apply if the NPD goes back into any of the stages above. We of course always do our best to move the project along as fast as possible.
