-Nominations must be received at least 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting being held.
-a separate vote is conducted for each position.
-If only 1 member has nominated for a position, that person is automatically elected into the position
-If more than one member has nominated for a position, the financial, honorary, and life members at the meeting or via a proxy must vote in accordance with procedures that have been determined by the committee to decide who is to be elected to the position.
-If no nominations are received, the chairperson, will seek nominations from the present, financial, honorary, and life members present at the meeting.
-If no member is elected to a position, the position is declared "Casual vacancy" and to be filled at a later date during a committee meeting.
-Each financial, honorary, and life member present at the meeting or via a proxy may vote for one member who has nominated for the position. If the vote is tied the chairperson can cast a second and deciding vote.
-A member who has nominated for the position may vote for him or herself.
