Use of Recording Facilities

The Research Departments agrees to record the audio material of "Research Shows....." PODCAST on behalf of Dawn M Williams using company-owned equipment, provided that the host meets the recording schedule. In addition, a representative from the company must be available during recording session.

Compensation of guests

The guest will not receive compensation for their appearance nor will The Research Departments accept compensation for the guests appearance on the broadcast.

Ownership of Unedited Recordings

The producer is the sole owner and has perpetual control of all published episodes recorded under this contract.

Podcast Schedule

For the length of this contact, the host will regularly record the podcast according to the previously-described terms. The schedule agreed upon between the host and the guest is as follows.:

By selecting this, you acknowledge that you consent to the aforementioned portions of this contract. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE you are of sound mind and not under duress to fill out this contract.

Thumbnail Artwork & release dates can be changed/deleted for a fee. No show/no call for your podcast interview incurs a fee as well.

Collaboration partners or guests give permission to have your episode broadcast on all of our streaming networks. Removal is at the sole discretion of the owner & a fee will be incurred if we ablige your request.

I am not promoting illegal or illicit material or subject matter. I am also not promoting an item or subject matter that I've been prohibited to promote

Filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee collaboration or guest contract. This is a pre-screening procedure.
